We proudly offer Free WorldWide Shipping on orders over 49$! Once your order is placed, we require a 1-3 business day period to fulfill your order before dispatching it out. Rest Assured we will be diligent in doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!

United States: We Offer 4-10 Day shipping Within the United States for almost all our products.

(For some Products that are in our international warehouses, we may not offer this shipping method.)

In this case we use our other main Partner, E-packet Shipping. Between 8-22 Business Days. In most cases if your outside of the US this will be the Shipping method we use. 

How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped (1-5 business days).

What currency are the prices listed in?

Prices are listed based of your location. The currency symbol will show beside all product prices. USD is the Checkout Currency.

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

Returns Overview

If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know and we’ll send you a replacement one.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Furthermore, we do not accept returns for items which are not broken, or delivered incorrectly.

Can I cancel my order?

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us. 

My Items came Separately?

Each Item is sent out separately for tracking purposes. In rare circumstances Items may be on back order or the warehouse we are shipping each individual item from may be located in a different location.

But regardless the Items are provided with its own tracking code for peace of mind.

What if I haven’t received my package?

1. Check all external locked mailboxes, Sides of homes and hidden shrubs.

2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)

3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at Contactus@cheekycado.com with your order number in the subject field.

What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?
